General Product Information
FreightPath™ is a solution built by air freight people for air freight people. All modules have a consistent look and functionality. The workflow follows a logical progression of moving freight. Freight professionals will find FreightPath™ user-intuitive. In addition, we are responsive in terms of client requests for product enhancements and take a “user group” approach for the development of new features.
Our aim is to provide a comprehensive solution for our clients capable of managing virtually all aspects of the business process in an airline cargo enterprise from the FreightPath™ desktop. New features, modules and enhancements are added regularly to satisfy evolving business needs. Product Support

Quality customer support is the single largest factor for airlines considering new cargo solutions. FreightPath™ does not intend to make the same mistakes many airline software vendors have made over the years, by ignoring their existing clients and moving on to the next lucrative contract. We understand how important our reputation is in this area, and we will continuously back up our high quality claims through customer referrals with first hand experience. FreightPath™ utilizes many of the support and development resources of the parent company Fountainhead which has fined tuned its development and support systems over the past ten years.
The support tools used by the FrieghtPath™ clients include an on-line help menu and a centralized support and development system (see above). This system allows online access for submitting support issues and provides our customers with 100% transparency to our responsiveness while enabling us to use an intelligent database for tracking and prioritizing development.

Flight processing
Flight schedules can be set up, adding aircraft registration and if required, crew names for the actual flight, capturing fuel uplift and invoice numbers by flight segment.
Shipments can be linked to flights by flight segment and flight manifests generated. Each flight has its own tracking, and documents generated, such as the flight recap. Much of the information is linked, such as flight tracking notes and allocated routing, while other information (additional tracking notes and charges), are unique to the shipment level.

Internet tracking
FreightPath™ supports interfaces with our Internet Tracking module that can be expanded to other advanced tools, including Shiptrax. Our goal is to improve your position with your clients while staying in the background. Internet Tracking allows the airline to control what (if any) information your specific shippers see. The tracking database is a parallel yet separate database in FreightPath™ and the upload is automated. The parallel database provides for maximum security because at no time does anyone accessing Internet tracking enter a FreightPath™ operational database.
- ID and password controlled
- Search by type
- AWB
- Date Range
- Shipper Reference
- Consignee Reference
- Drill down for shipment details
- Save on-line report queries as Microsoft Excel files.
